  Just use the Password Reset tool. You'll need to enter the email address you used when you created your account and then answer the secret question.

• Why does the password reset tool tell me " Sorry, Email not found in our database"?
  

  Most likely you used a different email address when you created your account. Try any that you can think of and if none work Contact Us with your username and we will send you the temporary password.

• Why does it say "Incorrect Username or Password" when I know they are correct?
  

  Login info is case sensitive, so the first thing to do is check to make sure your 'caps lock' is off. If it still doesn't work, use the password reset tool to get a new password and your username emailed to you.
